Concept
The medium-sized, 232g outdoor knife Bushcraft Skinner features a stainless steel guard and a beautifully textured handle made of deep brown Pakkawood.
Pakkawood consists of many layers of hardwood bonded with phenolic resin under high pressure and temperature. Pakkawood is particularly characterized by its resistance to moisture and temperature fluctuations. Due to its stability, this wood is also used as stock material for precision rifles.
The proven rust-free knife steel 440A from the 440 series is used as the blade material. This steel is particularly easy to resharpen.
The belly, slightly upward-curved semi-skinner blade offers a particularly long cutting edge.
The knife has brass eyelets for the lanyard.
The knife comes with a handmade black leather sheath with a belt loop.

Care
- Cleaning: After use, you should clean the knife under running water with a mild soap. Avoid washing the knife in the dishwasher, as this can lead to damage.
- Drying: Dry the knife thoroughly immediately after washing to prevent rust formation. It is best to use a soft cloth for this.
- Storage: Store the knife in a dry place where it cannot come into contact with other metal objects. A knife roll or a knife block are ideal storage options.
- Sharpening: Sharpen the knife regularly with a suitable whetstone or sharpener. A sharp knife cuts better and is safer to use.
- Cutting Surface: Use a suitable cutting surface made of wood or plastic for cutting. Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone or metal, as this can damage the blade.
