IZUMI ICHIAGO Chef's Knife Set, consisting of 3 chef's knives made of Japanese high-carbon stainless steel in a gift box:
Chef's knife, vegetable knife and paring knife.
The handles are made of water-resistant and heat-resistant Tecaran®. The oval shape of the handles allows for smooth work - each knife fits perfectly in the hand.
All knives from the Master Series have the name "Izumi Ichiago" printed in Japanese characters on the end cap.
The chef's knife set comes with a stylish magnetic bamboo stand that securely holds all 3 knives with the three integrated magnets, and an additional water whetstone.

Care
- Cleaning: After use, you should clean the knife under running water with a mild soap. Avoid washing the knife in the dishwasher, as this can lead to damage.
