Concept
The blade is made of Japanese blue paper steel. The bolster is traditionally made of blackened cast iron. The ergonomically shaped wenge wood handle fits excellently in the hand, making working with the extremely sharp blade a pleasure. An eye-catcher in the kitchen and a valuable tool.

Care
