Concept
The Miyazaki Kodawari series combines traditional Japanese blade shapes with modern handle design.
The series is the result of applying the Japanese principle of Kodawari, which has been our driving force and guiding principle since our founding 20 years ago.
Kodawari means striving for perfection through perseverance.
Our series offers the optimal knife for every application in the modern kitchen.
Japanese HighCarbon steel offers ultimate sharpness, edge retention, and easy resharpening.
The ergonomically optimized handles are made of Pakka wood.
The material consists of several layers of oak and walnut wood, joined by epoxy resin.
This material feels comfortable in the hand and is resistant to moisture.
A perfect knife is the first step to a successful cooking experience.

For orders under 80€, the following flat shipping rates apply per order:

Care
- Cleaning: After use, you should clean the knife under running water with a mild soap. Avoid washing the knife in the dishwasher, as this can cause damage.
- Drying: Dry the knife thoroughly immediately after washing to prevent rust formation. It is best to use a soft cloth for this purpose.
- Storage: Store the knife in a dry place where it cannot come into contact with other metal objects. A knife sheath or a knife block are ideal storage options.
- Sharpening: Sharpen the knife regularly with a suitable sharpening stone or sharpener. A sharp knife cuts better and is safer to use.
