PUMA IP Buckel Knife with serrated edge.
Our designer Ernst Siebeneicher-Hellwig has expanded the popular Buckel knife series with a serrated version.
Proven traditional shape from grandma's time with a blade made of modern stainless steel and an attractive handle material.
The serrated edge is particularly suitable for cutting food with a hard surface such as bread or crispy rolls. The tough skin of tomatoes can also be cut with ease.
The handles are made of ABS, a plastic that is particularly resistant to external influences. Five different attractive colors are offered.
Each family member can choose their favorite color for their knife; or a special color can be reserved for guests.
In addition to its high utility value, it also adds color to the breakfast table.
Should the knife lose its full sharpness after long intensive use, our Kubota Roll Sharpener, specially developed for sharpening serrated edges, is ideal for resharpening.

Care
- Cleaning: After use, you should clean the knife under running water with a mild soap. Avoid washing the knife in the dishwasher, as this can cause damage.
- Drying: Dry the knife thoroughly immediately after washing to prevent rust formation. It is best to use a soft cloth for this.
- Storage: Store the knife in a dry place where it cannot come into contact with other metal objects. A knife sheath or a knife block are ideal storage options.
- Sharpening: Sharpen the knife regularly with a suitable sharpening stone or sharpener. A sharp knife cuts better and is safer to use.
- Cutting surface: Use a suitable cutting surface made of wood or plastic for cutting. Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone or metal, as this can damage the blade.
