IZUMI ICHIAGO Santoku Knife Set, consisting of 3 chef's knives made of Japanese high-carbon stainless steel in a gift box:
Santoku knife, vegetable knife and paring knife.
The handles are made of water-resistant and heat-resistant Tecaran®. The oval shape of the handles allows for smooth work - each knife fits perfectly in the hand.
All knives from the Master Series have the name "Izumi Ichiago" printed in Japanese characters on the end cap.

Care
